William Shatner, aka Captain Kirk, and SPPLAT will be hosting SPPLAT Attack II at EMR Paintball (New Milford, PA) with events running from August 29th - 31st.
SPPLAT Attack II is being held to raise money for charity. The net proceeds will be donated to William Shatner’s charities, so come on out and feel good about shooting as much paint as you can get through your marker.

Last year’s event was a great success. It was fun to play in and it showed paintball in a positive light to many new people. This year stacks up to be even better.
SPPLAT Attack II is a scenario game. That means that the players aren’t just playing paintball, they are playing a role in a big story. While every scenario game has many predetermined events, the outcome is never a forgone conclusion. The story line for this scenario starts in the not to distant future…
The year is 2112.
The Inner Worlds Trial Council has just convicted "Omar Tartan" (Glenn Palmer) of numerous crimes against society. Unfortunately, he escapes to the continental US circa 1875. "Wild Bill" (William Shatner) and his crew are sent to recover him.
Mancow on the mic
The storyline will also include two other groups; the Cyborg’s (lead by Tom Kaye) and the town Posse, lead by the Judge (Eric “Mancow” Muller).
If everything went as planned, Wild Bill and his group would make a quick jump back in time and collect Omar, but things never go the way they should. Wild Bill’s Calvary can’t pinpoint the exact time that Omar traveled to, so they have to arrive after Omar has had time to set up.
The scenario writers also allude to several other famous old west characters in the setup script. I wonder who could play the roles of the Texas Rangers; Buffalo Bill Cody; Bat Masterson; Wyatt Earp; Hickok; Allen Pinkerton… We shall have to wait and see.
