This trader is a total rascal no question,but no were in the league of the BBC for its crimes over the years,they have just been protected longer and better by the system.
Trouble is taking these scumbags to court mostly doesn't work, as even if you win in court and are told the company has to pay you back, they rarely do. They get a CCJ, but most dodgy people just don't care and ignore them. No, the best thing to do is get some people with baseball bats to visit the scumbag. You may not get your money back, but at least you've stopped others from being ripped off!

This seems like it could have been an easily and very profitable business for the business owner, while keeping customers happy recieving their agreed price. Absolute greed on his part.
Thing is the tv show is in most cases a waste of time as the RT's just close down the business and open up another the next day, if you watch the show a lot you will see the same faces showing up time and time again. This needs better action to be done by the police and courts to stop handing out hand slaps and to make these criminals do HARD time not weeks or months but many many years. The saying used to be that Crime does not pay, now it reads Crime does pay most of the time as you can do the same crime/scam for years
