Willie Joe did not have a movment in Atlanta... how he got signed to Jazzy Pha' "Sho'Nuff Records" label was because he was performing at "Club Crucial" in Atlanta and a guy by the name Earl was there with the A&R of Shonuff Records by the name of " Smoove" ... Smoove told Noonie about Wille Joe which was COO of Shonuff Records at the time and told him that they needed to sign Willie Joe ... and because Sho'Nuff Records had a 50/50 partnership at the time, they agreed to sign him. It's not cool when Artist forget or fail to speak on the truth.
