Did anyone get itchy nipples with the willow??? I dont have thrush as I'm an exclusive pumper so idk why my nipples feel itchy while pumping with the willow ! :(
Thanks for the tips! I’m loving my willow so far (after a figuring out a few kinks) you mentioned you can get more than 4 oz before the app tells you it’s full. Can you explain? Especially in the morning pump I get to 4 pretty quick and it says full. I’ve tried emptying and going back but have issues starting it again.
Hello mommy shark, i'm not in the Us so I wonder if i really need to replace the containers every 3 months. You know, it's because of the distance, shipping so I can not usually buy things from abroad. And also, it costs too much if i had to replace it so quickly. If it really needs to, i have to choose elvie instead to buy...So please help me to answer this question, thank you.
Hi thanks for the video we recently got this pump the one problem we’re having with it is the milk is pooling up in the flange tunnel where the nipple sits and not being sucked into the milk bag its happening on both , any ideas? Thanks again.
I’m super interested in the new container but I would have to get the 2.0 (I have the 1.0) and I’m worried because I’ve heard the 2.0 loses suction compared to the 1.0 .....

Hello I bought the Willow pump and the container but it just takes longer (an HR) to get all my milk out than my Medela(It takes a while to get the expression going). Could you please give any tips, I go back to work in a week and I only have a 30 min lunch 😞.
You re probably not aligned correctly , keep trying to align . Have a coaching call with willow customer care , they do that to help figure out what your problem is
Hi mommy shark, I bought the willow with your helpful suggestions. Since I go back to work soon and there’s no proper cleaning and drying station for my pump, I am wondering if I can pump twice (three hours apart) without going through all the steps of cleaning the containers with soap water. I was planning on rinse it with warm water at work. I will clean them properly once I get home. Will that be ok?
Depends how much milk you have in there . Think of it like a glass and whether or not it spills depends on how deep you bend and how full the container is .
The whole reason I wanted to buy willow was because I could lay down with it which is only possible with bags. And bags are pretty expensive otherwise, I have no reason to buy it.

I keep having issues with the container 😫 it tells me the container is full and it’s not. I have followed all the steps, the positioning of the top nob with the 1&2 but nothing works. Please help 🙏🏽
Let me work on putting some tips and tools together for you and releasing a video . For now though, I would reach out to willow and set up a coaching call .
Same issue here...I’ve also cleaned with a vinegar rinse and boiled the pieces like they say to do when you first receive containers and restarted the pumps. I just reached out the them via email but no response yet.
Just got the willow pump mostly coz of your videos.. despite seeing really negative comments on their IG... I was hopefully.. but the willow is SUPER PAINFUL! I don’t look forward to using it at all.. and I can’t imagine pumping for longer than 15mins coz I feel like my nipples are gonna get ripped off! Does it get better? Do your nipples swell so much too after use? (I get that nipples swell after pumping but the Willow makes it looks SUPER SWOLLEN). I’ve followed all instructions and only stay on stimulation mode for less than 2 mins so I know it’s centered and what not.. the output is the same with my Medela). So does it get better with the pain or will it always be painful?? 😭😭😭
Yes , the first few times were not pleasant and I shared that in my first willow vs Elvie video . It got better for me , I didn’t overly use it either . I used the medela in between and I’m still doing fine . I wouldn’t recommend using it too many times in a day
@@JOANNIEs85 I got the elvie and the suction is so poor that my output is low every time I pump with it and I have followed up with my spectra and I get 5 to 6 ounces after I have pumped with the elvie,I'm very disappointed,I don't understand how the elvie has so many good reviews.
I was ready to buy the willow pump with containers, waiting for black fri sale. However, after seeing in this video you can't bend over with the containers on, is it really worth it? The main reason I want it is so I can do laundry, dishes, etc. But if I have to stand upright, it limits what I can do. What is your thoughts. Get it or not?
You have a lot more flexibility using the milk bags. I haven't had a spill yet and i've been pumping for 7 months with the willow 2.0. Do keep in mind that it can become very pricey depending on how many times you pump/day. I detailed it in my WiIllow review if you want to check it out :)
Can you turn the pump sideways with the reusable container to get more output as you can with the bag? Do you have any other tips for how to get the most output with the Willow?
No you can’t with the container , and my current tips is in my other video which seems that you have already watched ? :) I also have another third video on how to increase your supply . Let me know if you cannot find them

What about sterilizing? Can it be put in the steam sterilizer or the waby UV sterilizer? I currently have an Elvie, I was interested in the willow at the beginning but the non reusable bag was what make me decide on the willow. With the Elvie it was hard to sterilize so I end up getting a UV sterilizer which did not damage the parts would the same thing work with willow? I couldn’t find anywhere which sterilizing methods are suitable except for boiling. Thank you !!
DO NOT BUY THE WILLOW PUMP UNLESS...you are ok with spending $.50 per bag because the containers absolutely do not work! I bought two sets because the first set went haywire on me, and started saying I was pumping 4 oz in three minutes, which of course I wasn't. Then, the second set started doing the same thing. Now I have a set that don't work at all! I have low milk supply so spending $.50 for one oz of milk is absolutely not worth it. I regret buying this, and I recommend you REALLY consider all this before spending thousands of dollars on this, because you will! You've been warned.
