Hi Tilly.. Good to see you back on plan. As a blind SW member, I chose to throw away my talking scales the day I joined Slimming World. I have never regretted this. Hopping on and off the scales was soul destroying. 52 weigh ins a year on my group scales is all I need now. I have been at target for almost 15 months and still only weigh at group. Great challenge to set this week. I hope your subscribers take you up on it and eventually find the strength to ditch their scales. You were spot on with all you said this week. aww a blind weigh in sounds great! I made the mistake of weighing myself at home on Sunday and my scales said I'd stayed the same, totally wrecked my motivation and I ended up caving and eating rubbish last night. today is my weigh in day and now I'm so bloated from all the junk. Can only blame myself but I'm taking this as a reminder of why I don't want to eat that rubbish anymore. Also really looking forward to your pcos to pregnancy video 😀 x
I'm so fed up with myself, I lose motivation easily! If I feel down I eat rubbish and then I feel down because I've eaten rubbish and it's just a vicious circle! Catching up on SW videos I've missed while in my down period so hopefully in the morning I wake up motivated to start again (again!). Thanks for being such a real inspiration Tilly ❤
Brilliant loss Tills! I agree it is tough, some one said to me this week it's easy for me and I've had an easy ride, I was so taken back. I'd love to meet up with you but travelling is hard with the kids, school and I don't drive 🙈 I'm sure we will arrange something 😘😘 xxx

My 2nd weigh in was on Thursday and I've now lost 9lbs! 6 in my first week, and 3 this week. It was star week so I was very happy with that! 5 away from my first stone which is incredible. I've always known the SW plan like the back of my hand but joining a group is the reason I've stuck to it, as well as the motivation from people like you. Congrats to you for another amazing loss! You've got this, you've done it once and you'll do it again! Xx
A meet up would be great, gauge opinion and interest and book a hall somewhere, I'm sure everyone would pay a couple of pounds towards it. It would be fab to meet you and fellow SW friends xxx you are amazing at SW. I lost 4 week 1 then gained a pound week 2 👎 my consultant and I agree I was 100% on plan. What a mystery. Well done u x love watching ur SW vlogs so helpful.. I've just got home from weigh in (wk 3) and feel so disappointed with only a 1 lb loss... I've really stuck to plan but my body is obviously regulating out as last wks I lost 5.5 lb!!! My top tip is to weigh out each wk the amount you've lost ( hopefully) as to visually see that weight is super helpful to motivate u to continue xx
I'd lost 2 stone 10 lbs up until Christmas,but can't seem to get back into being 100% on plan since,hopefully this week I'll be more motivated,well done on your weight loss so far.
I've never weighed myself in the middle of the week... Partly because I don't have a scales at home but also it makes weigh day much more 'exciting' and something to look forward to. lOL Good luck this week! Xx

Well done, I've not done amazingly on SW, been on plan for 18 months and lost 2.5 stone, now in a size 12 but all through 1/2 lb a week which I am fine with. Eating lots of carbs and all my sins so I know if I did it full on I would get better losses but I'm happy as long as it goes down and not up! 10lbs to target

I did 2 weeks on the SP plan and honestly, it didn't work for me. I was hoping it would kickstart me after Christmas but I only lost a pound this week! Just going to stick to the extra easy normal plan now. I need carbs! I lots much more weight on the normal plan.

Well done! I had a baby girl four months ago and I'm wanting to lose the baby weight. I'm not doing slimming world but I am trying my hardest to eat healthier which is so hard because I'm a fussy eater. I'm thinking of looking into slimming world and getting inspiration. Your doing great! Xxx

well done on your loss and slimmer of the week! I midweek weighed in my first week and was disappointed with what seemed to be my loss, but when I got to class I'd actually lost 5lb! so I really try not to weigh midweek, because the only weight that matters is what ends up in my book. it is hard though, especially when you aren't sure you're losing

With SP I found I got addicted to it and tried to avoid carbs wherever I could! Not good for me so I eventually stopped it all together and still had good losses. My advice with SP is if you want to do it see how you go with it but don't make it your priority x
I love your vlogs Tilly. You talk so much sense. I usually get bored on the just talking vlogs people do but I never do on yours. I hope I can manage to lose my weight the way you did x

Well done on the great loss this week I had weigh in tonight after losing 4 last week managed to mess up at the weekend and gained 1 1/2 unfortunately didn't manage to stay to group this week but after getting home and watching this video its totally helped me refocus for this week thank you xx I do get on the scales at home mid week but going to try bling weigh in week fingers crossed it helps x
I had my first weigh in last night. 3.5lb loss. I am going to do the blind weigh in as my home scales said I had lost more than that so I felt a little deflated when it I had my SW weigh in.
well done tilly. it is hard but worth it. week 2 weigh in for me too and i lost 3.5lbs again getting me my half stone award in 2 weeks and slimmer or the week and i won the raffle ha ha fruit shop done for free lol
