Willys Hotchkiss C201 Jeep; Under the bonnet before a drive 

Great views! It remembers me the military when I was responsible for the postal service for 3 weeks and was given a jeep as main vehicle! 3 things, apart the pleasure and the cold are still in my memory : 1= my legs are too long for it (NO adjustment, knees hurting in front on bad terrain), 2=NO breaks unless you stand on the pedal, and our roads are stiff (happy you could stop before the Range Rover in the video ) and 3= I was always looking for jerrycans of fuel, because I had no radio and no phone (in the 1980's...) to call mama like nowadays... But it is the perfect vehicle in the beautiful summer days if you like to do everything in mecanics like you! Thank you again for sharing !

Another great and informative video! I played with my carb air/fuel mix recently as the exhaust stunk of fuel. Needed as much as a half turn in to for a better mix. Running much better and with less fuel! Handy spanner tip - I'd not thought of that.

Bruce, that is a very nice vehicle! Great to see a classic being preserved. By the way, it does require non detergent oil since filtration is partial and not full filtration like modern engines.
