A2000 is the best glove on the market. A2K may last a little longer but long break in time. Thanks Wilson!

I prefer A2000 just because Wilson has already worked out all the kinks and it is probably as good as it gets. They are still working on the A2K so in 10 years I may switch to A2K.

@@navalsealsnipersports1199 It's not an automobile. Its a baseball glove. The difference is leather quality and break in according to Wilson. Just say "I don't believe the leather is $100 better so I will stick to the A2000". Nobody will laugh at you for that opinion.

@@JustGloves I've used it on 3 gloves and it works. I also added in Lexol Leather Conditioner instead of hot water on the 2nd and 3rd time of the break in process. It's very watery instead of paste like other conditioners and contains Lanolin which is great for leather gloves. No shiny residue. Works great.

I just bought the CK22 A2000, and I know it is a pitcher glove but for my high school team I play third, pitch, and second, and sometimes outfield. But that glove is actually pretty good for infield all around. I know maybe not for second because of the pocket but I really love the webbing and how it just sticks in your glove when you catch it

i just purchased a wilson a2000 yesterday, and i’m super excited. i’m a third baseman with a larger hand, so i chose an 11.75 inch with a shallow pocket to compensate for my deep pocket rawlings that i’m not satisfied with currently. i seem to always lose the ball in the glove and drop it in the transfer, so hopefully my a2000 will give me a better more rugged feel. great video!

laluuu height doesn’t really matter. If you can swipe a Wilson 1799 with ease, go ahead. If you want to buy a glove online, I would at least go to a store and put some gloves on. eBay has some unused models for lefties that are a year or 2 old. Otherwise, I would wait until Black Friday or something because Wilson has some pretty good deals.

question: what if a person uses a fast pitch A2000 softball glove only for baseball games? are they built the same? will the constant hard/fast baseball catches wear out the leather on a A2000 fast pitch softball glove or will it hold up just as strong as an A2000 baseball glove? please help...
@JustGloves
@JustGloves 6 лет назад
That's a great question! The leather and quality will be consistent between A2000 Baseball and Softball. However, the web will be much larger on the softball version and the wrist opening will be much smaller which might create some issues for a male baseball player. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks!

Which glove will feature the thickest leather? I've always like thick leather gloves that really molds to your hand. Which one? Also will the A2K and a2000 mold to your hand? Which one will mold better?
@JustGloves
@JustGloves 7 лет назад
The Wilson A2K is going to feature Pro Stock Select leather which is going to be a tad bit more thick than the Pro Stock leather on an A2000. As far as which one will mold better, you can't go wrong with either one. Both the A2K and the A2000 are top notch gloves that will break in perfectly. My 10 year old wants an A2000 outfield glove for his birthday. You don't make A2000 youth gloves but some of his teammates are playing them, so I'm assuming that some A2000 models are small enough in the hand that a youth player can use them. Which glove would you recommend I start with if my 10 year old wants customize an A2000 for outfield play? Thanks!
@JustGloves
@JustGloves 6 лет назад
You are correct in stating that Wilson A2000 gloves don't come in youth patterns. But, Wilson does create what's called the "Pedroia Fit" gloves that offer a smaller hand opening with tighter finger stalls for a more secure fit on a smaller hand. We'd recommend checking out the PF92 outfield A2000 as it features a smaller 12 1/4 inch size with the Pedroia fit feature. You can find that glove here: www.justballgloves.com/product/wilson-a2000-12-25--baseball-glove--wta20rb18pf92/28483/
