Thank you so much. It Was the first time, that I reached the 3 min breath hold and the focus and state of consiosness was again deeper than with 2 min, which I practise normally.
This one is amazing! I love that you get no signals that you have reached a certain point on the hold as this tends to put me off whilst holding my breath. I did find I had to repeat the 2:30 three times before I could make the final round and hold for 3:00 but I got there! Love the meditation time afterwards too. It's a must. Thanks!
