Australian residential architecture and design is leading the way for the rest of the globe in my opinion. Some of these incredible modern / minimal design ideas are popping up in North American projects, but it's amazing to see the full on adoption in modern Australian living. I don't know what it is, but I have been watching a couple Australian design and home tour channels, this channel especially, and The Local Project. One thing I appreciate about Australian home design is their use of and maximization of, what would typically be boring square lots.

This is exactly what the goal is. They buy a whole bunch of prizes to raffle off. There’s not too many tickets so as far as lotteries go it’s great and you’ve helped out a good cause rather than helping someone get rich

The house used in the rmh brochure is identical to this but much better. Covered outdoor, nicer pool area, no weird gaps with paint thrown at it. Wish that was the house.

6:31 it’s at this point the bench top changes suddenly. I know I’m being picky but for the price point a little more money to continue the bench top along would have looked great! Again just being stupidly picky but it’s an expensive home and unexpected from mazzei as they do things much better than many others. I absolutely love Lucy’s home tours, and the rmh home lottery is great and if I could ever afford a mazzei home I’d buy one but so many things about this house just doesn’t quite flow as well work in person. Keep up the awesome tours Lucy! Sorry to be so negative on your channel . It’s a display home to be judged and it’s the small things that they usually do that makes them so good. Maybe they will address them for the incredibly lucky winner

They really dropped the ball on the finish of this house. Nowhere near the expected mazzei standard. I still can’t believe the huge gap on the stairs was finished so poorly as it’s right in your face.

I often wonder why they don't show the side of the house or the garage in these lol, I buy one of these tickets every year & pray every year to win anything but as usual I never win anything literally, I swear it's a curse from any competition if they had a prize like a mars bar to give away to 98% of the people I would be that one person from the rest that doesn't get a mars bar My mate has entered like me yet he has won stuff like 3 times yet me nothing so good luck to the winner & enjoy..........🤣😂🤣🤣
