I love how each bedroom has its own bathroom. Perfect for having guests over. Another good lottery to enter is Hospital Home lottery based in Adelaide, SA. Basically, for the same $100, you get the chance to win a $3.2 million prize home in St Peters which includes $500k cash (not gold). If that's not enough, you also get the chance to win a $1.7million dollar 3BR terrace house in Adelaide. Thirdly, if you buy a ticket before a certain date you also get the chance to win $1million cash with that same ticket. I have to say the presenter is cute. As an American I was surprised by the home and what looked like a fireplace. Does Melbourne or even Australia get that cold? Yes I know it gets some snow but .... As for the house, it is absolutely gorgeous. I was a bit surprised watching some if these videos how close the neighboring homes are. When she was in the tub only the curtain separated next door from seeing you naked. So many houses packed together. More privacy and land woukd be nice. Still a very nice home and people can win it.

Wow ! What a beautiful house! Loved everything about it. I am not usually overly fond of the boxy look, but this one just works. The stepping and articulation of the facade and the textured external cladding materials and colours applied seems to sit so neutrally in the surroundings. Extra high floor to ceiling glass is well justified and it shows here. The connection with the street and all off the outside spaces around the house from inside the house really brings that light and greenery in and entices you out. That fluted glass ensuite shower and toilet screening was memorable as was that galley kitchen, pantry and laundry space. Loved the greys and greens and the huuuge living space looking into the pool too ! I could go on...I’m officially jealous of it too 😂. Thankyou for the fantastic commentary and HD digital tour! I want tickets now !

I’m dying to know where that frosted door in the laundry room leads to outside. There’s some kind of space between the garage and the laundry room that wasn’t shown. From the aerial view it looked like another little garden or outdoor shower possibly that connects around the outside of the kitchen to the back yard, but I couldn’t tell.

I'm still not sure whether I'd move in or not (sell it, take the money, buy a block of land somewhere cheaper and get a beautiful house built, then keep the remaining money to live on) but still would love to win this house. I was waiting to see what's behind the closed doors, eg the garage, under stairs storage, hanging space in walk-through-robe to master and most of all, what's under the kitchen island bench? The girl explained everything I could see anyway and did not mention anything hidden. Also, what's with the part of the windows/doors that look like stripes? Are these glass panels one can tilt open or is this just for good looks? Can the glass wall from the living room to the pool be opened? Overall a very nice house but I probably would get the outside container look painted in white or beige to make it look better and the outdoor space behind the relaxing bench would get a water feature.
