She wanted them to win! Most people don’t even know that after touring for four years straight, Whitney took 89 off but still went on tour with them and song backgrounds. She also helped fund their tour and paid for their wardrobe. This is the Whitney people should’ve gotten to know instead of holding her to unrealistic expectations and worrying about her personal life that was nobody’s business!!!

Whitney was so humble & shy looking at BeBe for approval when she hit that high head note. Little did she know, as she always questioned herself as Kevin rightly pointed out during his euology, she was the best vocalist on the planet. Her voice was liquid gold -- flying from note to note like silk falling through the air. Chest to head transitions, and vice versa, with no break. Not another person's tone comes anywhere near. Anywhere.

In 1989 Whitney was an indubitable SUPERSTAR at the absolute pinnacle of pop culture. Not only that, she was a virtuoso singer…the absolute BEST and she knew that!!. So for her to sing BACKUP for the Winans, a GOSPEL group, tells me that she knew the Lord and clearly understood the necessity of being HUMBLE no matter the circumstances. This woman is just unbelievable 💙

Just thinking what Bebe said at Whitney funeral, how mad Clive was , Whitney singing background for Bebe and Cece at the height of her career 🤣🤣🤣! That takes a special character . This is where you see the love and passion for music here. They were always willing to let each other shine, no matter who was the headliner. There was so much humbleness & love for each other as well and Whitney knew how to be in the front as well as I the background. I love how CeCe came under her brother's vocals so well and gave his voice beautiful highlights. As much as they each enjoyed sharing the gift of their voices to us, it was truly a pleasure to see REAL LOVE come thru their music.

I loved them all, but BeBe Winans is one of the most underrated male singers IMO...he could have made it BIG in R&B in his hey day cause he had the VOICE to compete with the Luthers, Peabos, Glenns and Freddies, same thing for CeCe. I grew up on their music and I LOVE there voices. Dont even get me started on Nippy. She was in her PRIME but she was humble enough to sing background for her friends. The Lord loved Whitney. No matter what. I feel she belonged with the Winans they truly loved her for real ...Whitney is in Heaven singing with the choir of Angels, leading I am sure. RIP 🕊...

Not yet but she will be one day, no one's in heaven or Hell yet, according to the Bible,no one will enter the Gates of heaven, until God comes back and destroys the world, that's when he will raise up the dead, and that's when each of us will be judged,and the ones that are going to have it, or going to be in heaven, and the ones who are not are going to be in hell,a lot of people confused that, but I absolutely understand, and get what you mean, I think it really really helps people, to think you know their mother, and their loved ones as in heaven looking down on them, that's what some preachers with even preach, especially if someone dies,but according to Jesus, once God destroys the world, that's when that trumpet will blow, waking up, all of the Dead, so that we will be just, and we will live in a city, instead of being called heaven, it would be called New Jerusalem,

I sang one of Debbies songs at church last Sunday. I was soooo nervous. My Pastor loves it. They found something on my throat, so ima sing while I can Amen
