Sucks to hear about such terrible service. It's all about just taking your hard earned money. Not that it's any consolation now, but I have never liked digital devices of any kind. My safes have the mechanical dials. A lot less likely to fail.
If your in the market and looking for sub 1k, look at the Rhino Kodiak line. I just got one that's exactly the same size as this, for 500, and it has a decent ul listed lock, the safex system that locks to the body all the way around the door, has a spring relocker and anti drill plate, and is overall 10x the safe for less money.
Of course but thats not the point I paid for a safe that works but also in an emergency it takes much longer to open with the key. If you sell a product with a warranty then stand behind it 100%
