Hey sorry i know this was 8 months but I need help So I can turtle freeze and turn it into the very very beginning of the windmill, the thing is I dont know how to keep the windmill going, ive seen everyone keep it going by turning their bodies into the turtle freeze and pushing again but I dont know how to get back into that position when I start, ive also seen people add a little kick right before going into the turtle freeze again but i feel like if i do that Ill injure some part of my hip or elbow..To put it simply; I dont know how to get back into the turtle freeze and keep the windmill going Sorry you had to read all that but if you see this I am requesting some tips, thank you!
probably you lean on the wrong spot, you should try to lean on the side part of the shoulder, not on the upper part, so it's almost like leaning on the arm and the side of the bicep and tricep instead of leaning really on the shoulder :)
