@TheEffectPerson it really depends on how much you practice and how well someone teaches you. Or how well you practice it if no one teaches you. I can teach you windmill in less than 20 hours of practice, so start watching many videos and getting as much info on windmill as you can and you'll learn this very soon

technically he is still using arms making a barrell. put your hands on your nuts and then try it. you have to hop and spin on your forehead at the same time then you can put your hands anywhere, called the egg roll when i was a kid. practice it on crash mats till your fast enough to touch head gently
