HP has retired this app. It is no long available in the app store. HPSmart is the recommended replacement and I think it sucks.

Thanks a lot, sir. I had HP Smart App on my Windows 10 PC and was able to scan without a problem but scanning no longer works (since the last month or so) and clicking on the "Scan" button asks for sign-in to cloud services. Seems HP doesnt like happy customers. Thankfully, I got to know about HP Scan and Capture through this video of yours. Now I can scan docs without a problem (unless HP messes up this one as well). Help? Just trying to find a solution....hp d110 worked with hp smart initially, then stopped working. Reset printer to factory defaults, reset modem, deleted and reinstalled app. Printer is connected to networks as well as android devices. Hp is no help, so I'm fishing in the dark.

@@menamiller50 The actual HP printer software on the webpage "HP Photosmart Full Feature Software and Drivers" did not work? @@ComputerGarageLLC are you saying that reloading drivers might work? Possibility??? My issue is that my laptop went to the computer graveyard recently and am trying to scan/print from android phone. It was working great, then just stopped and cant figure out a resolution. All your efforts are appreciated as I'm at a loss on trying to find a remedy.

@@menamiller50 my apologize, i assumed you were referring to a computer, and not a phone. in that case, www.papercut.com might be the solution. Its a cloud based printing service like the old Google Cloud Print.
