Hail Mary gets some new walls! In this video I describe how we deleted 7 massive windows from this shuttle bus and gave her all new insulation where those windows, used to be!

Thickened epoxy would have been better to bond those panels to the bus... But I like the way you're thinking!

Great work one question you said you put the plywood in between the frp and foam ? Looks like 2 pieces of FRP with the foam in between just trying to clarify I have a 2007 Ford econoline currently at this stage

Great workmanship!!! I like the way you do things. You're building exactly the way I would. I'll be watching and learning. I hope you keep posting. Can I ask where you got the van and how much you paid? I've been looking but am having no success. I want to get one to build where the frame is made of metal too.

Thank you Peter! I paid $16k for the van, I know, I stole it. They were asking 24 and I offered them 16k and they took it! Ebay search EVERY day! Sort by newest listed. Search "Ford shuttle 7.3"
