No. Bad experience with them so far. If they tell you that they and Pella get their windows from the same place, not true. If they tell you that they don't put your new windows directly on the frame without a valid reason, believe me, it's because if the window is not measured accurately, they will fill up the rest of the gap with thin pieces of wood, shrinking your windows more than it is necessary. Watch them at work. If you see the window is too small, that's because it probably is. Don't let them install it. And save your old windows. You might need them to replace the new ones. First time buyer. Getting a refund and my old windows back would be the best case scenario for me.
