Thanks again Keegan. That looks like something anyone can do. I appreciate that you showed the drilling, the dermal bit you use, and the way you work with the dermal and work it into the piston. Can't wait to see you run it.👍😸
Yup me too lol it should run great and Lao I noticed this piston has thicker rings so this ring pack will last longer also I just didn’t trust that Ramos on the piston but I still wanted to show you guys it because on my channel it make it real as possible. Thanks for watching
Tips for who want to window their piston, the diameter of the windows must be according to the intake diameter the height of the window must close before hitting btc cause if you make it higher than that you will lose crank pressure
For all the upgrades you are doing I found it a little depressing watching you using vise grips on the exhaust bolt. I eliminate the intake and exhaust “bolts” and put studs in the holes instead with some permanent lock tight on them and use nuts. For all the work we do on these engines I find these threads strip out super easy and studding them eliminates that problem. Just thought I would share my 2 cents. I am watching this video because I put the chrome reed valves set up on my bike and would rather window my own piston instead of buying one. I appreciate you sharing your knowledge.
Just from working on them for so long. They always say it’s best to learn your skills while your young. I’m only 14 right now and I’ve just run into issues while riding these bikes. Then I made this channel because I wanted to share my ideas with the community
@Keegan Hache wow that's so cool that your so young and know so much about these engine kits ,your very creative too.ive seen your videos.im working on my second build now but I'm having a problem that when I press the clutch it Rev really high,I'm pretty sure it's the carb.i just got an hp carb in the mail so yeah let's see how that works out. Anyway ride safe and keep up the good work
