+Joshua Morris Elgato Game Capture Card, and. There are about 6000 Capture Card softwares that Can be used, why Thinking you there are only 1 Record software in the Entire World?
It is 2018 and I just used Windows 10 XBOX screen recorder to record your video and my Google browser screen and it works like a "CHARM" great. Thank you for this great video.
answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/games_windows_10/xbox-app-shows-nothing-to-record-play-some-more/822446d0-7ff8-468f-8f06-b06a70407855 this worked for me ;)
Well well well ... THAT was one of the very best tutorials, tips, instructions that I've ever seen here on my PC. You covered most, if not ALL of what Windows 10 Screen Recorder can and can't do. While this perhaps wouldn't be the solution I needed (I just need the "sound," plus I don't own an XBox) but perhaps in the future I'll give it a shot at some point. And again, GREAT job! Thank you.
So I tried this, but it only records for like 3 seconds and then tells me there is no game playing and stops recording. Are you unable to record previous game replays? Does it not work well with Bluestacks?
i cant find it. only one i can find is the time limit which if the time reaches one hour it will stop rec. even when i click one hour it still stops after 2 sec
2:30 Him:"The downside is that u can't see the mouse pointer" Me, a little kid playing sonic mania:"I AM INVINCIBLE" If you don't know, sonic mania doesn't need the mouse pointer, it only needs keyboard outputs
Hi, I need to create screencasts for webinars and I will be opening and closing different browsers windows, playing videos and parts of podcasts. What do you suggest?
You can use PowerPoint screen recorder as well, for the office worker MS-Teams also has one. But you require Ms-Office. Likewise; search OPEN-SOURCE screen recorders; NOT 'FREE' or FREEWARE; open source is typically cross platform, and can typically work as a Portable app (no install required). For those who do work on 'admin' locked desktops like library or corporate computers. EDIT: Cam-Studio has known malware; Open Source does have a downside: anyone can edit the code, get it from its reputable source. Open-source sometimes lacks ease of use depending on the popularity and community upkeep.
Great video man and thanks for turning me onto this little feature and all of it's potential. Really awesome for any MAC users who have recently switched back to Windows, like me.
This is an joke when I was going to make an video it stop me and said your not recording an game btw I tried like 13 videos before it work only this day it doesn't went to work.
This screen recorder works so well for me. I uploaded a video of me playing RollerCoaster Tycoon 1 using this screen recorder. *Edit:* I set all my videos to private, so don't comment I never posted a video.
@@moonxicle8490 You didn't see the video because I set all the videos I uploaded to private. I did that because they were getting old and cringy. If you truly want to see it, I'll set the said video to unlisted and I'll DM you the link.
I am using Windows computer and I find its built-in screen recorder quite difficult to use. And when I searched the internet for free screen recorder, I came across the Acethinker Free Screen Recorder Online. Well, i was surprised that it really works well and very easy to use. I only needed a light launcher to get started right away. What I like about is it's free yet the quality of my recordings are great. I can record using microphone as well as the computer sound or both. I really give it two thumbs up.
Or you could just use PSR which has been built into windows since windows 7 or earlier , press windows key and type psr it will record all clicks and presses for tutorials your using the wrong tool. (it's not a movie recorder but it meant to assistance and to reproduce issues and tutorials)
Nathan Brown you can't record with nothing running. You can only record when a game is running like a Xbox licensed game mostly like minecraft and Xbox minecraft and ++game titles
Thanks it's handy for filming trailers for games such as roblox in game videos for thumbnails this also helps with tutorials and in game game plays on other games
Yoshi Neko-San You need to do that separately. You need a headset with a mic, and a voice recording app, the one that comes with Windows 10 is fine. Listen to the game audio on your head set, to avoid the game dvr from recording double audio - once from the game itself, and the second time from your speakers. When you record your voice over and gameplay separately, you will need to sync them in some sort of video editing program like Movie Maker, Sony Vegas, Adobe Premiere etc. Hope this helps.
Yoshi Neko-SanThere s no option for that right now.but you can vote on micrsoft website for them to add that option.xbox.uservoice.com/forums/282539-xbox-on-windows-10/suggestions/9382164-game-dvr-record-your-microphone Also you can check out my other post on this video it as more features you can vote for, like twitch and youtube livestreaming(you vote on microsoft website) X)
Camtasia is the best recording software in the world, activate it offline with just a code, you can record everything to just one app or window, it has a pro full editing software that you can even use with external videos, it's a huge program.
+skeptic proof But instead of having to download some boring 3-party software just to record your 5 minute rewiew of a game, you can easily use the built in recorder and Windows Movie Maker to do the job. That comment ROFL's my waffels.
In all honesty: It's crap. If you care to record desktop or explorer ... nope. It is limited to specific apps. If I switch apps , it will not record it. It is too limited. I have been looking around for a proper screen recorder. So far, I found one, called OBS. We will see how that works out.
THANK YOU SO MUCH for this tutorial. I MUST CORRECT the point made about no pointer options. There is an option for turning pointer on display found in the *Windows Game DVR options*. This may impact the performance of the running app respectively
Everything ManUtd man download cracked version.....its only 4/5 MBs....otherwise yes it is paid....n its free version records only for 30 seconds....so download the cracked version
Win 10 screen recorder has one major fail: It doesn't record pull down menus or pop-up windows. So, if you're making a tutorial with some app and you need to pick up item from pull down menu (or pop-up window like save/open file...), that won't be seen on the video - but just the mouse pointer kind of wondering in the air... This fail makes the software useless in many cases.
+Hersheys MSP Its just a fact... Lol 😂 It literally says GameDVR in the Xbox App, not a secret. I have nothing against the feature, its actually pretty awesome. Only the naming of this video bothers me.(doesent even *bother* me literally, but he)
Thanks a lot I want to start a gaming channel for fortnite on my gaming pc but can you do a video showing how to record you voice in videos only using the microphone on a headphone
Will the recording buttons appear on the video? Cuz huawei has a counter that's in the video and when the screen is being tapped it has a small white circle. I can't find any good screen recorders app for huawei. So I just record in PC
