The "third-party theme" really brings me some memory. I forgot the exact time, probably when XP or windows 7 were still popular, third-party theme was really a thing. Quite a lot of great themes were out there, especially some Japanese animation themes.

No. Dude just literally copied windows 11 and just changed the fonts and icons here and there. All in all there isn't any significant difference and is just Windows 11.

Windows 9 is a different version of Windows 11. The whole Start menu comes from Windows 11. I don't see any other changes in this system, because everything looks like Windows 11. Windows 9 should be a renewed version of Windows 8 or 8.1 in the form of Windows 9.1.

I was like daang that really fits the theme with classic combining with modern but I saw those new app icons in file explorer and I was instantly shaking my head. Sry dude but that is one thing that should never ever be fixed. But... that Windows 95 thing looks sick.
