Is there a big difference from the VPN on Windows server 2019 in term of security? If yes should I upgrade to Windows server 2022?

Thanks for asking. I don't have a backup course on Udemy. If you see one, it is pirated. Almost all my courses are on LinkedIn Leanring and Pluralsight.
