In this video we will demonstrate how to remove and replace the windshield wipers switch / windshield wipers control lever on Chevrolet. This video may help you remove the windshield wipers switch and replace the windshield wipers switch on Chevrolet Cruze, Chevrolet Sonic, Chevrolet Equinox, Chevrolet Trax, Chevrolet Malibu because many of these models will use similar design steering wheel, airbag, and wipers switch. We demonstrated how to remove and replace the windshield wipers switch on 2015 Chevrolet Cruze but it may help other years and model. I did this replacement on my Camaro which is exactly the same. Did it in 3 minutes without even disconnecting the battery or removing the steering wheel. ALL I DID was remove the top plastic housing and then put 2 screwdrivers into the clips and use pliers to pull out the old one. This video is making you do a lot of extra steps that are dangerous messing with airbags removing steering wheels when you can do it super easy without any of that....... Just go and try it guys it's super easy without doing ANY of this stuff ....

I also did this before to replace the blinker switch and I just removed the column guard, without removing the steering wheel as well. You do not need to remove the steering wheel and air bag and clock sping or even disconnect the battery for this job. I enjoy there videos still for information but way simpler way guys.

I just replace mine on 2012 chevy cruze without disconnecting battery by removing 3 screws only 10 min job

Amazing video !!!!!! I got my part for like 18$ in the description of the video and paid a tio tal of like 20$ for shipping and the part, I spend 30 fucking minutes doing this !!!! All I did was remove a couple screws in order to remover that top cover and popped it off then switch the lever and boom put everything back. I didn’t remove the whole steering wheel/ air bad although it would’ve been a lot easier cuz it would’ve freed up some room for me, up to you guys. But I didn’t remove steering wheel BUT I DID disconnect my batterie the way the video says to just to make sure my air bag didn’t go off lol. YOU KNOW the cheapest a “professional” would do the job for me was 69$ for the part and 150$ and hour and it “had to be” at least 6 hours because “removing the steering wheel and airbag and all the computer stuff it had” was going to be difficult. That’s what they told me all 4 spots I went to told me the same damn thing!! And here I am sitting nice with my money in my pocket only spent 20$ and 30min of my time !!!! THANK YOU FOR THIS VIDEOOOOO!!!!!

Hello my name is Cindy a few years ago you had been working on Ford fiesta i have a question 2014 model 4 door my battery goes completely flat in a matter of 3 days . I did investigation as best i could the only thing unusual was that my Radio continues to work without key in ignition ... key is on counter in kitchen and i can come out in middle of night and turn radio on.... question is; could a radio that is OFF drain a battery? And is it normal for Radio to be able to turn on without a key in ignition? Please help me Cindy
