Truly horrifying. My heart. If this driver didn't have some kind of medical emergency while driving then I wonder was she DUI. Heartbreaking for all eight victims. 💔
Sure sounds like it. But this is California and they seem to like watching people be killed and messed up. Since we don't live in a democracy anymore it will depend on what cult she belongs to.
Absolulty devastating. My thoughts are with the 6 victims and their families. Children with their whole lives ahead of them , young adults again with so much lofe to live . My heart hurts for those involved .
You have to see it from this side: If she died, she would no longer suffer. Now she is facing a life in prison, probably long term injuries and the hate of everyone she ever knew. Her life will be hell and she will be alive to live through it. If she died, she would be off the hook.
Nurse are people too and have lives outside of nursing, you know , like boyfriends or spouses they get angry with. . Not excusing, just saying her being a nurse means nothing significant.
This is truly heartbreaking but be prepared yall because she might not get any time. A woman killed 2 state troopers and she's out free. This world we living in... it's too much. Prayers to all involved including the witnesses.
The driving wasn’t careless - she did it on purpose. When the video is slowed down and zoomed in she has her hand outside the window with a phone and is filming the moment of impact, I assume she was on FaceTime with her boyfriend she was arguing with ….
Who give a dam for her fucking relationship which doesn’t worth of those innocent’s lives! She shouldn’t see the outside world for the rest of her life!
This is horrifying and heartbreaking. Rest in peace to all of the victims and condolences to their families. I hope the person responsible does prison time for this .
@@VietboyGamerUSA Don't pay any attention to these incel weebs,, I appreciate your respect for the loved ones and or friends of the victims in this crash, this was a very unfortunate event nobody wants to go through this hope within time the families can heal somewhat of what they lost :(
I don't care what that murderer did with her life. She still has a life, while these others don't. Going that fast with a red light and a line of traffic is not only dangerous, it's also selfish. If you want to risk your life is one thing but most of us want tomorrow. Most families want to hug their children and watch them grow. She should get a lot worse than she'll ever get in this world.
So unfair, It's always the person that causes it that's the one to survive. She'll probably get a few years in prison for vehicular manslaughter and then be able to live the rest of her life meanwhile her innocent victims will never be able to live theirs anymore 😥
I’m pretty sure you’re Christian and you’ll be happy to know she’s in a wheelchair. Her life is forever change and she apparently suffers from mental illness. Alcohol was not involved just an under funded government that can’t treat its people. I’m sure you have no one in your family that suffers from any form of depression anxiety or stress. But then again I’m guessing you’re white
She killed 6 people. She ain’t going nowhere for a long time. She’s had several prior accidents. Can’t imagine what her insurance rates were. She’s never gonna be a nurse again, at least in the US.
@@markziegler5115 I agree she should get a lot more than a few years but I've read about other similar cases and they only got five or six years. Also the most recent update is that the authorities don't believe alcohol is involved. The reason they don't get a long long time is because it's not malicious or intentional it's an accident, even though reckless it's still an accident. Unless it comes out that she did it on purpose which is unlikely but possible.
She must have been doing at least 100mph. That was insane speed. That has to be intentional. Even an accident would have someone going around the speed limit, even 10 or 20 over. Unreal. RIP to all the innocent victims who perished and those who were injured or had to witness this. What a nightmare.
Looks like Anne Heche's plunging into a house the other day - the same insane speed captured on camera. These people must have been on some weird drug...
PTSD for sure . Honestly most nurses are in their position for paycheck . Lord Jesus RIP . I am good driver I want to just stay home because people are just selfish . J
Why are they not releasing the identity of the driver yet? This is heartbreaking but the fact that they are protecting her identity for this long is concerning
That Mercedes’ had to be going 100 mph . This is so tragic and sad a young mom and her baby and all the other people. How did the Mercedes’ driver not get killed in that crash?
I don’t see the first guy that was interviewed anymore. He was one of the first responders and he described what he saw and it was graphic, it gave me chills.
This wasn't the Windsor Hills crash. This was the Windsor Hills multiple murder site. Deepest Condolences to all of the victims and their families. As for the driver, if you didn't have a verifiable medical emergency you should spend the rest of your life in prison.
My freakin thoughts exactly. How can you kill that many people and not get jail time unless it is proven to be a medical emergency. At least 10 to 20 years behind bars.
@@markberryhill2715 My opinion it should be more than that. There have been reports that she was drunk, arguing with her boyfriend on FaceTime and decided to commit suicide and held the phone out the window so he could she the last thing she saw. What concerns me, if that is correct, attempted suicide is an act of insanity in the State of California. She may be able to plea temporary insanity to reduce her sentence.
@@vergewrld9415 2nd Degree Murder would suffice. I know from a legal aspect it can't be said that she planned to kill them but anyone partaking in such an action must know that someone's death will likely occur.
@@dodgerblue7381 wait so California isn't go to go after the car manufacturer, alcohol company and Facebook for enabling this kind of action? Oh right, it's California, they like to pick and choose.
Info on the suspect… “The driver Nicole L. Linton, who according to a friend was drunk and fighting with her boyfriend, has major injuries in hospital after the destructive car crash”
40 year old speeding driver: Nicole L. Linton, registered nurse from Texas, fighting w boyfriend runs red light and crashes. Killing 6 including a pregnant woman Asherey Ryan Los Angeles woman and her unborn child. In total 7 cars involved with 8 injured including driver that caused the accident.
Absolutely unacceptable 😠 she is a nurse and is supposed to "save lives!" The really sad part is she LIVED!!!!!! Rest in love to all those dear people ❤️ 🙏
And these are only the first three identities revealed. There’s still more smfh. Such an insane amount of carnage and grief cause by one woman, who’s literal career is saving lives and taking care of people. Makes me wonder wtf was going on behind the wheel when this happened. Like wtf could you be doing to be that distracted and going that fast in an area like that.
The saddest part about this by far is the victims never got any chance to see this coming or avoid it. In less 3 seconds they were driving through a normal green light, 3 seconds later trapped in a burning car. With the flow of traffic through that green light, they probably never saw it coming nor did they have a chance to react whatsoever. This one resonated with me. You could be doing everything right, and still be taken out of this world without even getting a chance to change the outcome. Rip to the victims, it’s even more sickening the driver is the one who walked away with a 2nd chance at living. She deserves life in jail and only that. She deserves to live with the consequences, and wallow in guilt for the horrific crash she caused for the rest of her days.
I've been in a similar situation. On the freeway, looked in my rear view and no car in sight. As soon as I switched lanes, lo and behold a speeding Benz comes out of nowhere and rear ended me causing me to spin 180 degrees into the off ramp and slammed my elbow into the concrete wall. All airbags deployed, car gets totaled and end of mu uber/lyft. This took place in march of 2020, right before the pandemic. I thought I was a goner.
My sister and my mom were hit on the freeway and the did a 360 hitting head first to a the dividing walls. Luckily people helped and their alive n well. Glad your okay too
Not sure if she was drunk but her hand is out the window filming as she enters the intersection, video slowed and zoomed shows this - was intentional. She should be treated as a mass murderer
Assuming that the driver is handed the maximum sentence for vehicular homicide in California, she would be looking at approximately 36 years in prison; 6 years for each victim. However, I would imagine they would also charge her for those injured as well, which would increase her sentence.
She was doing highway speed. Atleast 70 mph wtf...R.I.P crazy passed by a scene of an accident involving a motorcycle in FL. City, FL. He didn't make it. Be safe out there folks. 🙏
@@NoWayJose1134 the car looks like its teleporting even at 0.25x speed, probably even well north of 100, she was facetiming too really sickening…all over a boyfriend
I must have driven through that intersection hundreds of times in the last few years. I'm so familiar with it since most of the time it's so congested that you are forced to take in all the scenery. It's absolutely horrifying what happened there. My condolences to the families affected.
This is Beyond Heartbreaking and Angering, these innocent people are either Dead or will forever be scared emotionally because this Lunatic had to Drink and Drive.. Condolences to Ashereys' family... Just Sickens me seeing this insanity.. RIP to the Victims and Dear God don't let that lunatic out if she survives she should never see the outside of a Jail..
@@standupbcounted2420 They released it just prior to my statement.. She had apparently gotten into an argument with her BF.. More stupid people with stupid ideas and even worse actions..
A lady and a kid were killed in my town when a truck the kid was driving crashed into an old lady coming the opposite way as she was turning onto a side street. Kid was doing about 80 in a 35 they said. His truck ended up about 1000+ yards from the crash site taking out a fence and almost a telephone pole. What the fuck is wrong with people these days.
Lord Jesus please cover these families in ur Peace and strength, Let such grace and comfort flood their hearts and minds...Hold their hearts close to urs and let peace flow as the struggles to get through this horrible ordeal in Jesus name, touch and heal all that's in the hospital in Jesus name Amen 🙏🏾 ✨️ 💖 ❤️
@@DeathlyTilt Yes it would...We are living in a cursed world for the time being, and are not promised safety from others. We are told we will have much danger and tribulation in this world, and to understand why--we only have to look at ourselves. WE screwed it up.
Why isn’t this considered terrorism? the video shows the driver going 130+mph (according to frame calculations..) this was no accident, it was intentional
6 victims. Please make the sentence consecutive. Unless there is medical reason such as seizure or stroke, there is nothing that can mitigate the reckless disregard for life displayed by the perp.
Nicole Linton is the driver who plowed into the intersection. Does it make a difference that she was driving a Mercedes? Why make that part of the story?
She wasn’t a speeding driver, she was a reckless driver without regard for human life. A felonious criminal not yet arrested. And judging by the speed and busy intersection she took, seems to me she was involved in either a crime already committed or fleeing from either the police or another criminal that spooked her. If those who seem to voice their opinions care as much as you claim, you must allow law enforcement to enforce the law. LAPD who handles the area near the collision regularly cancel pursuits for reckless drivers and even wanted murder, robbery, and burglary suspects. They cite danger to the public however even when speeds aren’t a factor or relevant they use that excuse to save their supervisory position. They trade liability and career survival for tour safety. Not the street coppers I’m talking about command staff. They answer to politicians and that’s how they want it from the top down. Wake up.
Don't know how the families feel. I can tell you. It feels like your heart being ripped from your chest and stomped on for hours and days on end. To lose a loved one from cancer or even a heart attack is different then if their lives are taken from them by carelessness
This is one of the most horrible accidents that I have ever heard of happening. It is amazing to me how the drivers in these accidents often walk away or are not killed. The only way the person responsible for this will have a chance of leniency is if she was having a medical emergency and loss consciousness or something. Otherwise, there is no getting out of this one. I wonder if she was texting or distracted in some way. I pray for the families involved in this horrible accident.
@@p-dub7422 Yes. The driver had an argument with her boyfriend and started drinking prior. It’s has been reported by the shaderoom. The drivers friend made a statement.

I can only imagine the emotional pain the father/boyfriend/husband/fiancé must be feeling, being a father myself. Very heartbreaking and unfortunate. My prayers and condolences go to the families.😢
I measured the speed by looking at the car lengths between collision and when the Mercedes enters the frame. It's about 5-6 car lengths which are about 15' in length. Only about 0.5 to 0.75 seconds passes from when the Mercedes enters the frame until it hits the other cars. If it's only 5 car lengths at 0.75 seconds, that's ~68 mph. If it's 6 car lengths in 0.5 seconds, that's ~122 mph. The middle of that estimated range is 95 mph.
I’ve heard that an impact at 80mph has roughly double the energy than one at 60mph… so one could only imagine how much energy a car has when it’s going 122mph.
Imagine doing the right thing, working hard to build a life and a family, and some random person just decides to end it for you. Low trust collapsing society. Very sad.
Exactly she'll just get slapped on her wrist and sent on her way with don't ever do that again. She better have her license revoked put in prison and never ever be able to be behind the wheel of a car again. I would like to know the full extent of the story though before completely making a statement but according to the comments she was fighting with her boyfriend and on her phone, but still could there have been a mechanical issue with the car. but if she was arguing with her boyfriend I'd like to know the whole story but sheesh how could she not be dead.
High speed and straight line of travel on the mercedes looks like intentional crash to cause massive damage to victims and property. Also the possibility of a stuck accelerator pedal or a high heel shoe stuck between the pedal itself. We may never know the cause of this tragedy. Its upto the survivor to tell the story.
yes, an ICU nurse. She should know how precious & fragile life is. She is supposed to heal, protect, help & serve the sick & injured. She did the total opposite.
And to think that this happened so close to where I live that is insane. Wow i just saw the aftermath of the accident this morning so i didnt see how it happened but seeing how this accident happened My God this is terrible 💔 my heart 💔 😢 goes out to the victims families. May they R.I.P especially to the baby that died and from what I heard on the news is that the baby was a few weeks away from turning a year old. As a father myself this breaks my heart 💔 R.I.P to the 6 victims and may God bless the victims families
Cali folks going crazy. The cost of living and lot off daily traffic. Yet more and more regulations and ruling...wonder why people running away from the entire state.before they end up getting triggered and do some stupid.
Why is it that the Selfish Person that Always cause these terrible Accidents are always the one that Survives?? But the innocent victims always die..smh🙏🏾
So so so so so sad... I cant imagine anyone with common sense driving like that unless it was simply a seizure or falling asleep at the wheel idk... I want to hope for a true accident, but still 6 folks are dead, and that just shatters my heart.
Very tragic event because a woman got into a fight with her boyfriend and decided to D&D…anyone doing 90+ between 9am and 9pm should get life in prison, its an extremely selfish yet avoidable act.
