The person who made the comic used the windsprites turned god's human alias of venti as the other character said God will later take the form of after he dies to essentially tie credit to said other charater for essentially making the entire rebellion against the previous god that isolated the place in a wall of storms strong enough you couldn't see the outside world or cross through I them as a stand in because said character literally has no name as of yet.
