hi again Adam and hello Dani 702 , a very cool interesting video , real nice view from the top of the strat , food looked nice , really well done and thank you guys 😊
I would skate the crap out of those weird yellow parking blocks. I love that Adam is a punk rocker; I got into his channel through his movie location videos, and was surprised to learn he was the bassist for Guttermouth for a while. I especially love the travel videos through tiny towns like the kind I grew up in, all the rustic Americana, ghost signs etc. But these kind are fun to watch, too.
We went to Vegas in 2014. We were there for a wedding; so we missed out on a few things. Hope we get back there someday. I’d love to try the Golden Tiki! We did get to the aquarium at Mandalay Bay, of course Fremont Street, and back then, Pawn Stars was big, so we made it to their shop. Plus we also went to the world’s largest gift shop where you were. Dani is a delight! I love how you collaborate with so many wonderful people on your travels, Adam! You expose us to people we might not necessarily know on RU-vid! That’s a great thing you do for other channels on this platform!❤
Hubby and I agree that Dani is such a natural beauty with a lovely laugh. Also the best "shall you" a guest has ever given us. Now... I want a dole whip. 😁
The Secret Garden housed some of S&Roy’s white tigers and white lions- I miss seeing them! The S&R stage show was simply amazing, esp. if you love big cats and elephants!
I had never seen what Vegas looked like before your video last year with Dani, other than some of the iconic land marks you see in movies and commercials (Bellagio Fountains, Eiffel Tower). That video inspired me to take a trip to the Mirage for my birthday. Such an awesome place!!
Bob Gurr designed the mechanism for the Pirate show. The Pirate ship moved on a track and also sank . Saw the original show in 1994 - too bad it's gone.
You are going to have to come back to Las Vegas. So much to see and do here. Area 15 is really cool, Mob Museum, and Neon Museum are 2 of my favorites. I love the Golden Tiki. It’s a fun place to hang out. A few years back they added the talking parrots, which are not sweet and nice like at Disneyland. 😂 Sadly, the Siegfried and Roy Secret Garden has been permanently closed, along with the Dolphin Habitat, but the Lion Habitat Ranch is open on the south end of LV. So you can see big cats and the only giraffe in all of Nevada. Can’t wait for that Punk Rock Museum to open. Glad someone made use of the Antique Mall building. Thank you for your awesome videos. My family and I throughly enjoy them. 🤙
Dani!! I had forgotten that she had moved back to Vegas after spending a few years in Florida. She's both attractive and such a sweetheart. I also usually visit Peppermill at least once when I'm there. I've ridden the rides atop the Stratosphere several times. I wanted to jump off the Stratosphere a few years ago but was 8lbs over the weight limit of 250.
Glad you made it to the Golden Tiki ,one of my favorite places in LV. Highly recommend it for anyone that hasn’t been. Make sure to walk around and look at all the little port holes and displays.
Catching up on your videos. I rode Original roller coaster on top of that. It was the most painful rollercoaster ride I've ever had. I had broken blood vessels in my shoulders when I got off. My dad and I rode it together and in the picture you can tell we are both in pain.
Thanks Adam It’s a shame the punk rock museum wasn’t open I think it’s gonna be awesome I might have to make a second trip to Vegas just for that🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 and definitely need to check out the golden tiki
One thing my 28 years living in Vegas taught me was, it's always changing. The Golden Tiki is an epic experience and is also the sister pub to Evel Pie. I highly recommend partaking in both!
Adam, really enjoyed your awesome Las Vegas vlog! Beautiful views from the tower! Thank you for taking me along with you! Looking forward to your next vlog.
I rode all three rides on Christmas Day of 2017. I sat in the front seats with my son on the ride that teetors off the building. Definitely messes with your psyche!
New subscriber here since your visit to Philly. Hope you liked the cheesesteaks in my beloved area. I was in Vegas last month and unfortunately The Peppermill was closed for some renovation or something. Been there before, but we love it there. There is a Marine bar in Vegas (The Leatherneck club). Go and ask for Ghost
Fun fact about the Stratosphere or now The Strat, Bob Stupak the owner wanted a building that it would be the first thing you saw driving or flying into Las Vegas.
I would imagine those blue rails at the top of the Strat spin to negate anyone trying to jump off of them and over that other safety railing. The spinning would keep them from being able to push off and leap forward any significant distance.
It's good to have Dani in the video, she knows her stuff. I would have her to. She's really cool. So many on here know Dani more then I would. I saw her with you in the past before, she's great. Have your fun in Vegas. Stay safe and take care.
First I was so happy you were able to meet up with Dani she’s such a wonderful person and because of you Adam I saw her when she lived in Orlando hanging out with you in your videos and that’s when I subscribed to her channel in 2019 now I must say I’m sorry thing didn’t go as planned with the opening of the punk rock museum and from what you said about the museum it’s going to be a very special place to visit also when you guys went up in the Strat the view blew my mind so breathtaking and I bet that view would be awesome on a clear sunny day and most of all it was nice seeing good friends you and Dani having fun now with that peace ☮️ love ❤️ and happiness to you Adam and I’ll see you on the next awesome Adam the daily woo video peace ☮️ out ✌️
Not sure how long you’ll be in Vegas but if you have time check out the Atomic Testing Museum! It’s got a lot of history and some pretty cool artifacts.
In addition to gambling and watching shows, a lot of people will also go to Vegas to get married. Elvis impersonators are really popular for weddings and couples will travel to Vegas to get married by "Elvis" at places, like the Little Chapel of Hearts that you walked past (the Little Chapel of Hearts has Elvis' name on their sign because they have an Elvis impersonator who will act as a minister for a wedding or vow renewal).
I lived down the street from the Strat in the 90s ! It was so bad then. There was Crack everywhere. It's still not that good. Behind it is Naked City cheapest rents in Vegas..... And there is a reason for that. But where I use to live a few blocks north of the strat it's a whole new area. All cleaned up. Most of the old hotels where the dealers and hookers and crack heads lived are gone. Great Vid
When the Stratosphere opened there was a full roller coaster on the top. I think it even went out over the side of the building if I remember right. No way I’d go on any of those rides.
The crazy area behind the Strat is called "Naked City" It refers to the Showgirls of the 70s that would sunbath naked on their rooftops. Excellent co host today. 👏 You couldnt have a better guide.
Great video even if you didn’t get to see the museum. I was just in Las Vegas late January. Hearing about the punk museum and the year round haunted house really makes me want to get back as soon as it all opens up!
Dude I seriously LOVE you, you crack me up how you notice things I do like the unusually looong park stopper curb things in that parking lot and the orange construction sign photo bombing the strat and Vegas arch at the beginning of the vid 🤣🤣🤣
Terrific vid. I love Dani, she's the best. Vegas is such a great town. I've been there a few times but still haven't gone to Peppermill or the Golden Tiki. Next time! The Punk Rock Museum definitely is on the go-to list as well. Take care.
