Great video!! Adam Chan is very generous, nice guy. Because him helping his student picking up his prescription glasses on the verge of falling saids alot. I have seen many instructors that would just slap the students glasses off and thinks its okay. And does it with no remorse. Anyways great video (s), I am adding it to my Wing Chun studies as well. Thank you sir!

I noticed that too. In his other videos he helps up his students who he takes to the ground during training/demonstration. Definitely says a lot. Seems like a cool dude.

Hi Adam I had a question for you will you ever do a video on base work, like In Chinese martial arts the expression grow roots... you see that in sumo wrestling as well, where if you try and push them they don’t move it all. My question to you is since a lot of places don’t train in horse stance anymore should you still training in it? I remember an old interview with Jet Li when he talked about trying to get his daughter to learn martial arts and that after 10 minutes of horse stance she didn’t want to do it anymore… is that kind of classical training valid?
