I don’t like the soft handles, it also don’t think a $300 mod with carbon tubes in is my budget either. Here’s an alternative I’m working on. I’ll let you know how well it works the next time I get out.
They actually work pretty well. I've kept them on. There is one issue, the wrist leash can catch on the end of the front handle after a wipe out. It's not that big of a deal.
