I agree, bounce/pump your board! It will help engage the foil! You will also get into a rhythm that will help when you get on foil and suddenly find yourself in "turbo mode".
I can tell that you are more in control and comfortable on the board. The muscle memory is activated for taxiing. You are soooooo close! I think just a little stronger wind is needed! Great job!
