Thanks, i have been separated from board 2x in alaska in cold and storm conditions. i was able to go downwind only to get ahead of the board and then sprint swim to catch.. Are you able to go at an angle to the wind at all with grabbing the leading edge of the wing? If so do you think it is feasible to do so for any distance to get back to shore?
