when you look at this from a different perspective it’s actually hilarious. everyone’s trying to classify stuff by changing units or criteria and it’s kinda funny how this is what some humans like to do. and it makes sense, data is pretty fun.
Well.....Finland has "only" 187 000 lakes or ponds(with surface area of over 500 square meters or 0.05 hectares). Finland actually has about 30 000 lakes that are at least 1 hectare less than Sweden. So it depends on how you define "a lake". And I remember hearing a rumor that Finland lowered the size of their lakes just to have more of them than Sweden. And as a Finn I think it's probably true....But yeah. Canada definitely has more lakes than Finland. Though Finland might have the most land area covered by bodies of water (not counting coastal waters)

Finlandia suicide rates have gone drasticly down in 30 years. Watch The video "Suicide rates in the world/Country suicide rate comparison." 62 highest suicide countries and Finland is not even mentioned. The highest suicide countries are: The 1st Lithuania, the 2 nd Russia and the 3 rd South Korea.
On a note, the Japanese numbers are misleading because of how crime solving works in Japan. In Japan, the number of cases a detective solves will determine their rank, pay, and honor among other law enforcement agencies. By in large, if a police officer or detective cannot determine a good lead that they believe will lead to an arrest, then they will often rule clear homicides as suicides or accidents in order to protect their numbers. That is why the suicide rate looks artificially high.
The Indonesian flag has a proportional ratio of 2:3 while the Monacoan (Monacan?) proportional ratio is 4:5. However, the Monacan flag also has an unofficial ratio of 2:3, which makes things a little complicated.

It depends on what you mean by country, if you mean a settlement with laws and all, mesopotamian and indus civilizations predate it, mesopotamian by 500 years, indus by over a thousand.

I have to say you are uneducated if putting kosovo, montenegro etc as young countries. Serbia was there from the 10th centry. Just because we were in Yugoslavia didnt mean we didnt exist...

Serbia became Yugoslavia, so it was a different country. Although by those standards, I guess Germany is a new country with the joining of East and West Germany.

+Shaun Gordon It wasn't that out of control a few decades ago (in fact it was fairly balanced). It was in '80s and '90s that population growth skyrocketed so high and unexpectedly, that only after rigorous reorganization the Indian government manages to handle that many people today. But yeah, I agree. Also, if India was reunified like it used to be (i.e. all countries of South Asia were India), technically India would have more population than China right now.
u r absolutely right Shaun.... I had stayed in India for six years in my childhood... I was the only child in my whole colony who had no siblings... Every person had minimum 2 children and maximum could be up to 6. India kills female children while they r still in the mother's womb. Some idiots would keep on trying for sons. An incident in my neighborhood had occurer in 2005... that a 51 year old man and his 39 year old wife had reproduced for the 5th time. They had four daughters before the birth of the fifth child and the fifth child was again a daughter. The man signed a divorce plea in the court and he never agreed to take the custody of those 5 daughters. When the lady and her daughters were not having a single penny and were not having shelter they decided to commit suicide. All 6 jumped off a bridge landing in a river below....n drowning to death... The man remarried a divorced 40 year old woman when he was 52. He agreed to take care of a son the woman had. He tried for a baby.. This time it was twins and they were two sons... He was so happy that he would never miss to give his wife, his stepson and children a present. A relative of the man's first wife complained in the court and demanded justice... The man was brought in the case, and he was Sentenced to 18 years in prison. He was however released after 4 years. He also agreed that he had an illegitimate daughter once when he was 17. But he dumped the girl and his daughter. He said he had last met them when he was 20. People in India have illegitimate children and don't disclose the secrets.. they just handover the children in orphanages.. ruining the life of their own children.. And when they marry they try for at least 3 babies out of which one must be a boy or else they will keep on trying for children until they have a son. When they know that the family is too big they divorce. And then there are fights... The couple is arrested with the relatives and sentenced to minimum 12 years and sometimes also face execution. So there is no control in population.
+Shaun Gordon I'm not lying.this thing is very common in India. all they want is sons. They kill daughters. Daughters are married off not even when they r an adult. Some also hve children before 18. And Dowry is the most common thing in India.
