@@Ozzy4747 measure your head, if its right at 23", go with large, MY son has a 21.5" and went with a medium according to their sizing chart. Still feels small out the box with no adjustments and break in period. Its good now, stretched a little bit, like 1/2", but that's just from break in period, i beleive, since its not leather, it won't stretch much, I know this due to the gap in back is closer after some use than before when he first received it. Use Their chart
not worried about taking shots, worried about getting a severe head injury. Been koed twice. Horrible feeling. Other than that it don't bother me, but I don't enjoy getting a migraine headache with one blow.
I haven't actually tried the Cleto Reyes headgear in sparring, but i have held it in my hands and the build quality is also very good Have a nice day(:
