Looks at times... there is indeed a method to your madness! I had a go of a Alpine A110s at Thruxton once and it felt like a sublime handling car with just enough power.

Great driving and wonderful car. I really do not understand why the Subaru never deviated from the ideal line on braking. It is there grip is to be found . As you so rightly proved. Any "old" Nordschleifer know that or you are off the track in rain following the ideal line blindly. I always know you were a good driver. Luckily non of that talent is gone. Congratulations!😀

i'm intrigued. those are the narrowest rims you'd legally fit on those width of tyres. i had the impression you'd want wider rims to support the sidewalls but hey what do i know!
