Love you all guys, and i always look up to having Hany Rambod as my coach and mentor. I never had a mentor in my life to help me grow and elevate to the top, and hearing Hany speaking is mind blowing!! everything Hany says has a deep meaning and on point.

I remember Derek as a teen. I'm really proud of him. He's not " sort of elite level", he's the #1 bodybuilder in the World! Fantastic!!

Y’all are making me Consider getting a new gym membership. I pay 18$ month for La fit. Here in Ga Atl area we have madhouse. Never been. If I get a membership there I’m pay $60 a month. That test and food money. I’m 41 though, got the family thing. But man I want to feel that energy from a real gym!

It would be nice to understand how does bodybuilding work with being an active/involved father to a newborn i.e. challenges with sleeping etc, and is that even possible? You can prepare all you want but when the baby comes, you have no idea what is coming. You can never prepare for it.

From Hadis View: I would recommend not doing this pushing sessions with derek. How Derek speaks about this Training Sessions and how much it did for him, makes me feel sry for Hadi..

Yeah lusnford's previous coach had him on a bunch of shit. Props to you Hany for lowering the amounts and making the most with the least. Some coaches need to be held accountable for the health of their clients in my opinion.
