Regarding warmups, I would really appreciate a long winded video about warm-ups before lifting or before each exercise? Mobility? Stretching? Specific Exercises? What activation exercises? How many sets? reps? How does a proper Hany Rambod warmup look like? Can you share detailed warmup routines for alle the different days please and what you personally recommend how someone should warm up properly, especially for garage gym owners that dont have access to all the fancy machines or no machines at all, just bands, bodyweight, barbells, dumbbells etc. I´m a bit older, 45 years and One thing that I found very profound is that I always perform better at the end of my workouts. I always feel sluggish when I start a workout, not ready, not sweaty, regardless at which time of the day I train and regardless how I ate. I rarely get less than 8 hours of sleep and my job is pretty low stress. Though I do sit pretty much all day. After about 45 minutes or at the end of the workout I feel like I am firing on all cylinders. I was wondering if there was a warm-up technique or protocol that can help shorten this and that raises my body temperature, prime my central nervous system and help me to blow out my first lung, like boxers or fighters would say. I want to already sweat when I go into my strength or hypertrophy work, but I don´t want to fatigue myself or do unnecessary junk volume, hours of cardio etc. on the other hand, I want to perform on demand not perform when the conditioning is best. I´m a recreational natural lifter with the goal to build as much muscle and strength naturally as I can. Maybe you have some suggestions too. Thank you very much I value your valuable time and all the free information
Many people are asking me, who is my inspiration to work out the way I do. (trying to workout with best possible form, many times to failure & controlled tempo). I most definitely mention a lot of bodybuilders or powerlifters, but every single time I need to mention Hany too. His knowledge & understanding of each individual he trains is unique (impressive). I've learned a ton watching a lot of his videos and many of the people that are watching can 100% say the same. Thank you for everything you are doing for everyone in the fitness community & believe that you are inspiring millions to improve each day. My favorite coach Hany Rambod.
We love seeing our idols when watching the Olympia guys! But some of us relate more to shizzy and the Tren twins. Super excited to watch both avenues of content 🙏🏽🙏🏽
Whatever happened to Podcast Episode 1? There was SO MUCH VALUABLE INFO for up and coming personal trainers in that episode because you spoke about how you started in the industry and became the coach you are today. Please bring it back! 🙏🏾
Respect from Croatia, this guy drops so many gems in his videos. Most important gem for me so far was showing what taking a set to failure actually looks like. Mama Mia
Don't understand people not eating or not wanting to before the gym. I wake up and instantly cook. Except for on friday when I do pics. But I eat and slam a liter at least of water and then I'm at the gym. All within an hour and a half. Love the content
Love the content with athletes of varying levels. Great seeing younger guys, more advanced, natty, enhanced, etc. It would be awesome to see some content with a 38 year old natty dude who just got into the sport two years ago. I'm happy to volunteer for that one.
Hi what is the best workout split for a 52 year old? I find that since i got older its hard to recover from working out two days in a row, without a day off. I bin training for 26 years and used to be able to train six days a week with no problem! Thanks for all the great training information and videos!
29:50: The issue I see with trying to learn from "personal trainers" in commercial gyms is that they do NOT TEACH. I have trained in 20 ( yes, I have kept count) different gyms in 3 states over more than 20 years and probably 8 or 10 more on vacations and can say I only saw TWO personal trainers in all that time were worth a darn. Today's "personal trainers" throw people on machines, say" do this" and then instead of teaching, start a conversation between sets about last night's sit com or some other non training subject. Trainers are talking to clients DURING THEIR SETS about last night's football game. Or worse yet, texting on their phone or looking at God Knows What Across The Gym during client sets. If you are new, good luck finding a real teacher.
@hanyrambod what are your Views on JEREMY BUENDIA , you have trained him a lot in past ? What your views and thoughts about his current peak . Can we Expect a Collab in Future Soon ? . Your FST 7 video with him in 2016 was awesome still watch it till date .
Hany!! Question for off-season growing my legs is the goal! As far as cardio goes on leg days should I totally avoid it? And would you raise Cals on leg days? Or day prior
Loved this q&a , I wanna ask that recently I watched a video and arnold told that in old days he only took 100gm test per weeek and 15 g db a day what's your thought on that and please enlighten the audience on the topic of steroids because many young great chaps follow in the trap of taking too much of steroids even if they don't require , please and Thanks for your content..
Im 36 now so this was a while ago, but in my early 20s a friend of mine was trying to get some gear for the first time, something about it didnt look right to me, he had it tested and luckily we didnt touch it because it had motor oil in it, so definitely know what you're doing and test what you're getting before just getting and injecting
Hany Rambod is the genius god who created FST7 *A god who targeted metabolism *God of Anatomy & The protecting god of anatomy *God who creates powerful muscles *Superhuman & beautiful muscles
I am 60 years old, and an IFBB pro. I still compete at masters shows. Could I come to Dallas and have a training session with you? There are lots of us masters level who would love to see how you were train with us.
The more tren twins the better. Those dudes are pure entertainment and I don’t miss a video. For those complaining about them, stop taking things so serious and just appreciate the nonsense sometimes. Everything bodybuilding doesn’t have to be Olympia caliber training.
Question for next time: when barbell benching or smith machine benching, in order to lower the bar to my chest my shoulders have to come forward. Should I stop or place a pad on my chest to make sure I stop before allowing this to happen despite not getting a full stretch?
I think it would be cool to have the tren twins on a podcast to get to know them. Ive been a fan of bodybuilding for 15 or more years, So I come from a more old school mentality. The tren twins I thought were some young douches looking for attention, without getting to know them. I respect whatever you say Hany, so if they are cool it would be neat to hear from the younger generation.
Blood work yes, but get heavier check on everything. And I wish he talk serious about the gear mix he does for his clients like cbum and others. I said clients because these guys are not athletes
