1:20 I noticed the change recently and I totally do appreciate the champion faces on the augments, its feels like a little thing and usually I can tell who has what but it just feels very smooth
some of us don't no-life league anymore and do need the extra queues to get certain information... bro was definitely rude about it for no reason lol. Plus it's really not that much extra editing in return for the massive engagement boost I would think it gives

@@rivershen8954 You'd be surprised how many viewers don't actually play league anymore. I think a majority of viewers just watch to see some fun crazy shit because the game got stale for them.
The fact that Pyke's winrate plummeted just as hard as his pick, game, and banrate made me laugh so hard. It makes so much sense but it's still funny to see how drastic it was
love the editing as a non league player so I can pause and read what the item does and pretend to theory craft alongside you, its one of the reasons I still watch you long after getting the tumour removed from my desktop
Bro I watch most of your videos on mobile and even at like 360p it’s still super easily clear who has what augment, especially with you putting the champion’s image on the augments. Only way people are actually missing it is if they’re straight up not looking or just spaced out. Seriously all other arena content seems to be bare minimum effort, the editing you do to cut out boring parts, add clarity and even explain the combos at the start are greatly appreciated.
again, sometimes people dont have the best vision/attention span/reading speed. this is one thing i wont call skill issue on as it's kinda rude. it doesn't hurt to play for accessibility as much as i wanna be lazy.
@@KingNidhogg to add to that, there are a lot of your viewers who are league players who started playing since it came out, but slowly lost interest in the game or stopped entirely quite a while ago. They also know what most of the champions do, but items and auguments are very different now and it takes a lot of effort to learn them by heart just by watching some youtube now and then. Patience is key!
Ty for the editing changes though. As someone who doesn't play arena and hasnt played league for over a year I cant recognize a lot of champions with the newer skins. Also I am a mobile viewer and the screen sizing isn't an issue
I don't play league as much as I used to and I am far behind on new items etc so when I saw last video when Alistar used an augment I didn't understand what was being shown, so you saying it this video makes me fully appreciate it! I started watching arena videos so it is fun to see these fun ideas and the fact you put all that work for people to know what and who has the augment is super cool! keep up the great work king
Man I love your editing so much. It's outstanding. Sometimes when I'd normally go back 10 seconds, or pause to read 5 seconds for like the anvil stat summary, boom, you show it on screen or replay what I needed. Always on the spot.

I absolutely appreciate your edits. I watch on TV and normal size of the augments are too hard to see from this far, the enlarged versions help so much that yours is the only arena content I watch.
1:20 honestly i love the editing, my wifi is horrible (2mbps-3mbps) so I have to watch videos in 480p and cant really recognize augments properly, it also looks insanely clean, so props to you for taking the extra time to edit it in!
makes a ton of sense. how do you feel about a tiny 2-5 second pause where i rapidfire explain the augment and who it is on? do you think that's too intrusive or would you want that.
@@KingNidhoggI think pausing to explain would ruin the flow of the video imo. The cards already explain what an augment does so people could always pause and read. I think it would be helpful to explain if a certain augment is being used to synergize with a kit/items/other augments but that's up to you boss o7

U play this shit so much that u instantly realize what is going on. I only play tft but still watch your vids because of the editing style and effort you put into it. pyke e scaling with lethality and abysmal lethality numbers being possible lead to a 5.2sec stun on 1 e, wopuld love to see you get like 500 lethality with talisman and stat shards

How do you make the game display the actual value of the shard (in parentheses)? I can only see the rounded value (compare 7.7 to 7.65 omnivamp). This recently screwed me as I needed to reach the threshold for Hemomancer's helm and was .05 short.
Many people who consume arena content are on the casual end. Them not knowing who has what augment likely comes down to an unfamiliarity with what the augment looks like in the game, which is further exacerbated by any skin effects on spells, not knowing all the champs, etc. It is a bit "rude" as you put it to expect everyone to have the same level of knowledge as someone with thousands? of arena games under his belt. All that said, the way you edit is incredibly helpful and makes for a more polished product, and I would encourage you to continue doing so.

No man, youre editing is top notch. I am a mobile viewer, a crappy 720p small screen mobile viewer and i can tell perfectly who used what augments, and specially with how you edit the augment at use in. You did make it even more clear now but jeez at this point youre almost pandering the viewers
But like no joke though I have watched your videos in the past with the j4 support and trund sup your gameplay is refreshing to see and fun. It's like when you first played league and wanted to do all the possible builds.
I noticed from a friend's game that if you have the Stackosaurus Rex augment, sometimes when you buy a stat shard and pick the 2 random stats shard, you'd get 3 random stats. I'm thinking this is because the Stat Anvil Icon above your summoner spells shows numbers, and may be considered a stack. Idk if this is worth looking into for this strat to get even more stats. Also, could you let me know where you got those stats from in the beginning of the video? I'm a big numbers nerd when it comes to stats XD
Would stacking crit when you're not getting ad be worth it for the conversion? Especially with the crazy roll on shardholders, I wonder how much crit you'd have.
I played about 10 arena games since i saw the video, 5 of them had players trying that ornn pyke strategy, obviously all of them were losing hard, but thank you for making the game more fun to play, im tired to playing against trundle and briar abusers every single game.
I actualy really appreciated the champ face on THe willing clip because u said willing as vayne got a shield and i assumed vayne had some sort of iterm or augment But now i know its a tank augment to save teamates W editing change much love
Loving the recent content, man! Regarding the talk about viewers and recognising whose augment is whose: It's really easy as the person playing and editing to understand what is going on. When I first saw one of the augment pop-ups, I was unsure what was happening as it was just quickly floating around the screen and following a champion. Obviously I understood it after seeing it a few more times, but I think the way you do it now is a great improvement! User feedback is a really valuable resource. In software development (sorry this is my only example), usability testing is one of the best things you can do for creating good software, and if a user ever has problems using your software, it's never their fault and is always a fault of the design. So I think it's best to take your viewer's feedback into consideration without adding shame, because you did seem a bit too dismissive of their experience. Anyway, keep up the good work and keep improving :D
I just found you and i am enjoying these vids and i absolutely appreciate the holy fuck out of the fact that you put all that useful info with your edits, like champ pics, augment data and sometimes your own thoughts/explanations with text. It is extra work, but please know that it is valued!
tried this stat only run with Twisted Fate instead of ornn and it unironically felt pretty viable as an actual strategy, being able to make some extra money pre 6, usually being able to buy 2 stat shards after the first round instead of only 1 due to his different passive felt really good. He also scales with pretty much every stat their is so not many awful options
2:47 its not rude @KingNidHogg but you gotta understand that not everyone visual processes information as quick as you. I appreciate what you do when you show what augment the enemy has, it wasn't necessary for me since i pick it up on my own but i appreciate it nonetheless. You have the best arena content.

Wait, how do you get prismatic shard? Is there a special condition or smth like that? I can't get this shit for, like, 5 games in a row, but I always do have 15+ shard anvils
1:20, the extra effort in your editing is hard to miss! Some of us with very poor vision (bad irl rng) have sometimes a pretty hard time noticing everything that is going on at one time in a scene, especially if we just watch your videos to chill. Even more so if we quit league and are not used to be hyper-looking for details. We appreciate it!
