hi Sen,I am a long time viewer of your content and i recently bought 3 urban needs tee's from the sale for 1299/- and i don't know its just me or not but i felt major quality issues in them......l 1. The white coloured tee was perfect and it did not disappointed me, the fit was amezing, the febric was soft and it was the best tee among them 2. even though I ordered size S both blue and black tee's were different in sizes, black tee was the shortest in lenght, has the weakest coller and the febric was just icchy. 3. the blue one was fine but it has different febric from the white one, it was just the regular cotten it did not meet my expections tbh if i did not bought them in sale I would have returned it cause simply there are better brands. hope you find this helpful ❤
Just eat in a caloric surplus diet. And track your calories. I was having a hard time adjusting to Hostel Life and now I'm casually eating 3.6k calories/day. My maintenance calorie is 2.5k And my diet is 100% clean, 8 roti with rice, daal and sabji for lunch and dinner. PS: I was on a short bulk period eating 3k calories everyday for two weeks, later gave up as no returns. The reason I'm now able to eat 3.6k is due to Gym at 5:30am b4 classes, basketball in the evening. My weight b4 gym and bulking (2weeks ago) was 55, currently it's 58
