@@micahgee By the way, I believe the blue-colored lingcod feed on crab a lot, and that does influence those blue-colored lingcod's flesh (and even outer skin) color - just FYI.
That was not a blue shark, it was A smooth hound or big soupfin or something.. blue sharks have this really long snout a different dorsal fin and really long pec fins (and are typically very blue here). My guess is part of the tope shark family.kinda has a dogfish like shape and blue sharks are kinda long and snake like. Tope sharks are great eating and blue sharks need to be pickled or something to be palatable because they released urea through their skin.
question, at 0:46 the ling cod, some of them have this funny grid pattern on them. They shouldn't come out of the water looking like that, what causes it?
