The last 10 mins...there's no words...it's just a silence of the graveyard..and a dull colorless fatalism all around. Hardhome is straight up unnerving. The "shield that guards the realms of men" finally comes face to face with Death itself! Thisnwas brilliant!

Some book purists claim that there is nothing good after season 4, yet some of the shows most acclaimed episodes are in s5-7 and this is one of them.

When Jon holds Longclaw in the air and yells "Night's Watch With Me!" as the handful of Brothers in Black run to the opposite direction of the retreating sea of Wildling gray; the freeze frame moment leading up to the Valyrian Steel revelation; and the ending with the Night King slowly walking through the creaking plank. Those are the three shots I live for. The cinematography is impeccable. It's emotive and ominous. This one's up there with the top episodes.

The basis for the giant's name, Wun Wun, is derived from the fact author George R. R. Martin is a huge New York Giants (football) fan and his favorite player was Phil Simms who wore #11 or "Wun Wun"

When I was about 30 I stopped caring so much about new tech. I slowly got further and further behind, now 10 years later I just dont give a f**k anymore. The last thing I learned to do was navigate the app store and get my banking app so I can deposit checks electronically. I got a degree in electrical engineering because I loved tech. I have worked on wireless tech in industry for 15 years, and now I can't fully use the end products I build at work. When people that I will never see again ask me what I do, I tell them I make toys for teenagers

Tbf, forgiveness and second chances, its one thing when you're just breaking up with an ex, but in the political game trusting someone who has betrayed you once before does not strike me as a wise move. We've seen Jorah alone, we know his true thoughts, Daenerys does not and given what she knows I certainly would've done the same thing as her.

One of the biggest mistake Dany made was to keep Tyrion by her side! My god! Jorah should have been her hand! 🤷🏼‍♀️

I do try, but i cannot have any sympathy for her. Everything that is happening to her, she deserves. Plus, we can assume that Loras and Margaery are having the same treatment.
