Our day started at 2am when we left home and made our way up to whakatane, we arrived at 7:30am.
We boarded our uncles boat at 8:am for a epic days fishing.
It was great to put the Catch pro series jigging rod and all the different color Catch Double Trouble jigs to the test and its safe to say they definitely didn't disappoint. The 2 colors that seemed to fish the best on this day was the 300g White Warrior and the Ballistic Blue
After a full days fishing at 5pm we started our long trip back home to Taranaki arriving at 10:30pm.
it was a super long day but worth the journey.
