id love to live on a lake erie island year round. how do people make a livng there?

On Erie Island the water doesn't freeze and we have Palm trees. They are Windmill Palm Trees though. Windmill Palm trees are way more hardy even most palm trees. Erie island is 28 degrees Fahrenheit warmer than the Mainland.
