Any who is thinking about coming to WinterPark I feel should take a boat ride called the scenic boat tours !!! They do an excellent job of giving the history of Winter Park also The Morris museum is special as well!!!!
Other than Winter Park*** Is There a Near by city that owns its own power company and has a Trader Joe's and a Whole Foods? On average a home value will go up 5% if you live within 3 mi of a Whole foods or a trader Joe's** My friends from lake Nona are constantly at trader Joe's and Whole Foods Not to mention a signature publix with a cooking school and Starbucks inside the store*** I can't say Enough good Things about Winter Park!!! There's a Good Reason why Mr Rogers lived here in Winter Park*** I can't think of a con only pros*** even if the traffic may be bad at times you're close to everything so it does not matter!!! Also there's some Beautiful unincorporated areas in Winter Park that are considerably less Expensive . Overall you make it less house and pay more per square foot however you'll save the money and gasoline and tolls!!!
