I am here because I am trying to switch from grain based starch diet to high fiber diet with squash for kidney and heart health. It looks like this is the last hope for me to see my children grow up because high fiber vegeies, like cabbage and burssel sprouts, give you vitamin K overdose leading to blood clot in the heart arteries. And the highest fiber carrying grain, oats, gives you twice sugars per gram of fiber, leading to sugar problem with kidney. Why didn't any high school hygiene teacher taught any of us to do the squash diet when we were younger?
