WHAT IS ASMR?
Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low grade euphoria" which is characterized by a positive feeling a tingling sensation.

MY UPLOADS
I typically upload what I enjoy, which includes lots of tapping and crinkling triggers along with whispered or soft spoken bedtime reading for sleep and relaxation.
