Winter trip to Elkhart part 1

We found what appears to be a "window" of opportunity between winter storms if we took the longer southern route from Oregon to Indiana! So, we decided to make the trip to Elkhart for a scheduled motorhome repair (more on that in a later video!)
We stayed at a private campground and 2 harvest hosts during this part of the trip. It just so happened that one of them was in Kingman, AZ where some good friends live - so that made for a great opportunity to catch up!

Yup, good old Whiskey Flats, we have stayed there a few times and probably will again. Always fun to meet up with friends on the road. Good to see the trip is going well.

Hey guys Whiskey Flats looked great was this is Hawthorn? Thanks for mentioned no goat heads dealing with those really suck. Sundowner looked like an awesome harvest host you never hear of 4 tacos for 6 bucks anymore. Then you top it off with the brewery at the end this is how we like to travel! Hope one day we can meet up really love the Super C we came so close to getting one. Safe Travels!

Looks like you are having a load of fun , you seem very natural behind the camera. One small point... the sound when you were travelling down the road was a bit quiet... but still a great vlog. Great to see the dogs enjoying the assault course. 😀

Thanks, and we appreciate the feedback. The road noise drowns out our conversation sometimes and it’s hard to get the volume just right, we tried using captions on the “important” parts 🤣.

@WildBlueWanderers yes we have the same problem. We have tried 3 different cameras so far. If we stick them to the front screen they pick up the road noise rather than our voices... we are still searching for a good solution.... Next try will be camera and separate mic.s.
