****EDIT I know a bit more about fires now than when I first started wild camping in the UK. Even so, I know it’s not an acceptable excuse, I was under the impression that it’s okay to light a fire if it’s on a beach. Being one of the small remnants of the Caledonian Pine Forest, please do not light a fire here. We missed the ‘no fire’ sign on the way to the loch. Having said that, it was our responsibility to do our research and educate ourselves before going. . . . How do you keep warm when out camping in subzero temperatures? I cooked a camp style twist to a classic Filipino comfort food in addition to the things I’ve shown on the video. Would love to hear what you guys do and what you can recommend.
