Honey, you haven't tried proper Indian curry. Japanese are good with their cuisine, sushi & ramen BUT a true Indian curry at a proper Indian restaurant, chef's kiss😘. Go to the real deal. You'll thank me later. I got put off Pho when my stupid friend told me there was beef testicles in it. Now, with Pho, I have that image in my mind.😔

I’ve had the real deal at real Indian restaurants, but even then, I can’t bring myself to eat a curry since the food poisoning episode. When I eventually make it to India, that will be a different story. I’ll eat all the food for sure.
