WIP Potentiostat Demo 

This is a very quick demo of the software and configuration of the potentiostat. It is still a work in progress and currently just returns a counter instead of the analog pin values. This is to easily verify that there are no data breaks. I have tested with replacing the counter with a oscilloscope input on the analog pins and the test was as expected
