Taylor The Yeet God Panther if you’re a fan of Wipeout, the show is coming back for a brand new season for 20 episodes! Also, the show is moving from ABC to TBS.
I love how the European version is somewhat possible but the American version is designed to be literally impossible and inflict as much pain as legally possible.
@@colindoesyoutube1954 the japanese one was bigger tho. Had lots of people and was more brutal, in a way. And the american version of the show was actually funny
@@smirfbroil6934 It's hard to decide which show is better but I go with wipeout because i grew up with it and I like seeing giant spinning arms hitting people however both are seriously amazing shows
@@mm.ss.season 7 the wipeout zone sucked and seasons one and two were like preseason hockey dull and boring… seasons 3-6 was when it peaked though the best were seasons 3-4
I wondered why they cancelled this show. Then i found this and realized how much harm could possibly come from this. Doesnt stop me from wanting to participate
1:27, How my life is turning out depicted in Wipeout 3:46, Not the most graceful landing, but still pretty impressive 4:20, She ALMOST pulled a pro gamer move 6:37, She got STARFISHED 7:07, OUCH, that looked like it hurt 8:29, Semi-head shot is sure to mess you up 8:38, When flexibility comes back to bite you 10:17, Direct hit >.
This will ALWAYS be my favorite show of all time. Hockey will always be my number one favorite thing to watch but Wipeout is one of the best TV shows of all time. This made my childhood and I still watch it today. I always compare winning $50,000 to winning the Stanley Cup… all that pain for amazing glory. Best show ever. Edit: hockey still is number one but whenever there’s no good hockey on I watch this show.
8:30 - I remember when I watched that on TV and how long I was literally pissing myself laughing and even after all these years later, That still gets me every single time. XD I miss this show so bad.
Finally commenting because this video describes my childhood perfectly, I loved this show and still do. Every time I watch this I die from hysterical laughter. TBS revival not so much... Still okay.
I remember an episode where a lady sat where the weight lands on the air bag, and it landed on her (or it was just for comedic reasons and nobody got hurt)
@@williamturner7557 Bill Sparks, the contestant’s father, said in a statement to the Idaho Mountain Express that his son had a previously existing condition that likely caused the stroke - antiphospholipid antibody syndrome, a disease that can cause blood clots. He didn't die because of the show.
PresidentialWinner likely didn’t cause it he died fairly soon after his time on the show so it’s not a far off thought to think the show might have caused it
@@williamturner7557 His own father said it likely wasn't the cause. That's the last person who would say that if it wasn't the case. People suffer aneurysms, strokes and heart attacks all the time from stress, over-exerting their physical capabilities and even from jump scares and get this, sneezing. But of course it's also possible that jumping around in these mad contraptions would cause someone to experience a heart attack for example. But since that dude had a pre-existing condition AND his father thought so, it's more likely it was the cause.
As much as I can't stand most American T.V shows I have to say you have nailed this program unlike any other country. It puts the British and Canadian versions to shame and is just so so funny with the mick taking and animation. I quite honestly almost wet myself watching this sometimes and I never thought my favorite T.V show would come from the US. Well done Yanks, keep up the good work!
I watched this show alot when I was younger when season 1 came out I checked it out right away and I loved it so much I still watch it even to these days
I don't say this alot about American shows (besides the office) but I prefer the American version over the British one. The commentary is just so much better.
i don't know if is because i watched the british version first, but i don't like the commentary in the American version, i prefer Total Wipeout, i find it more funny.
