you could probably create the ramps in a milling machine with a cutting disk. When you put the model in your model holder tilt it to the angle you need and make a straight pass through. The only downside is you'd be doing it on the model. Plus I don't know whether you have a milling machine...
@@RetainerDesigner Yeah I was kinda suspecting that... and thank you! I'm a dental tech myself and am now finishing master school over here in Germany. If all went well I'll be a dental tech master by mid January. I guess the less precise way would be to do it manually with a disk... or if you could figure out a way to control the height of the model you could potentially do it with the green wheel on you polishing unit
Right now Parts 1, 2 and 4 are found uncut on my patreon account www.patreon.com/retainerdesigner/posts?tag=Twin%20Blocks I plan on combining all those videos into one shorter, edited video here on my youtube channel, so stay tuned for that! :)
They do not hurt, they are just a mouth-full and take awhile to get used to. But keep at it and soon you will forget they are in your mouth. Best of luck!
Right now, they are in raw un-edited form only available on my patron channel, soon I will edit them all into on video. You can also find them available on the Association of Orthodontic Laboratory Professionals Facebook page 😀
