Hi, I have terrible sat nav signal issues from any phone in my 2013 XFR. I assume it's the satnav unit already in there messing things up. Does google maps or imaps work ok?

Just a couple of questions as I'm thinking of getting a 2013 XFR. Can you still play music off USB's and MP3's through the infotainment system? How easy is it to disconnect your retrofit so I can potentially use the factory NAV should I wish to? Can you upgrade the standard rear view camera? The resolution is very low. Hi Alex. Thanks for your message. The factory USB port will work the same way as before so you are still able to play MP3's through that. Apple CarPlay/Android Auto are using the live traffic data so they should provide better navigation system than your factory one. If you wish to use your factory navigation again, then you can unplug our product from the car completely and you will then be able to revert back to your factory navigation system. The factory reverse camera will not be affected by our product so it will display the same way as before. Hi There. This product doesn't affect factory functions except nav will be replaced by Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. Your factory reverse camera will work the same way as before.
Hi Jonathan. Thanks for your message. Your skipping buttons will work the same way as before but it will not work within CarPlay. You can either ask Siri to skip songs or you can tap the screen to skip songs for this model.
